Once you get beyond all of the history of Rome, how every corner puts you in
touch with a building or ruin that is 1000, or 1500 or 2000 years old,
once you get your breath back from being in the same city that Caesar, one stood in... then you see the land
and all it's beauty.
Just 25 miles from the heart of Rome, you are in mountains that top 3000 feet on some peaks.
After I looked at this beautiful view of the town church and the mountain behind it, I turned around and
realized that I could just see the ocean on a clear day.
